Trainer profile

  • Joseph F. Argenio

    Joe Argenio has over thirty years of leadership and training experience in a variety of organizational settings. He received his Master’s Degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Buffalo and has served as an elementary school principal, Supervisor for Professional Development at the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (Erie 1 BOCES) in 1986 and Director of Special Programs in Graduate Education at Daemen College in Amherst, New York.

    In 1992, Joe established Performance Improvement Management Associates (PIMA): a consulting and training firm that provides services designed to maximize individual and organizational performance and quality. His areas of expertise include Time Management, Listening Skills, Instructional Design, Brain Based Learning and Train the Trainer.  For the past eighteen years, he has also been an adjunct instructor in the Education Department at Daemen College.

    Joe is the past president of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development; and past secretary of the New York State Staff Development Council.
